Who can ask for help?

Children and adults anywhere in the United States may contact Legend Foundation. You do not need insurance or proof of financial hardship before reaching out. A parent or caregiver can make a request on someone’s behalf.

Legend Foundation will do everything possible to assist, but support depends on available donations, resources, and partner support and cannot be guaranteed.
